Typical Industrial Control System Data Integration Technology For Internet Of Manufacturing Things

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the advance of the Internet business model, the range of products which are manufactured becomes more and more, users have the increasingly high demand for the tracking of the manufacturing process of the products and delivery, these trends put forward higher requirements for manufacturing and information integration. In recent years, the trend of the integration of information has begun to penetrate into the industrial bottom, at the same time, modern intelligent technology has been used in the manufacturing process, the integration of underlying data is a key problem to be solved urgently.Based on data integration of Internet of manufacturing things, the data integration problems of the industrial manufacturing process typical industrial PLC was analyzed, the examples of the current typical industrial PLC control system data integration method were provided, and the mainly problems about application integration of the Internet were analyzed. Combining the mainstream OPC integration technology of factories with Web Services technologies, based on the model of connecting OPC DA with OPC XML DA, the Web services-oriented OPC model, description and dissemination methods were discussed, seamless connection was achieved from Internet applications to the scene PLC control point data. Aiming at the security of Web control systems data node, the compound authentication strategy was established and designed to achieve effective control of sensitive data.Finally, for the production of aluminum ingot casting MES system integration requirements, Web service integration for OPC and security control methods were tested in practical production lines, the test results demonstrated the effectiveness of the method.
