With the continuous development of science and technology, the automation level of increasing the engineering machinery, structure, information transmission and the control of large-scale equipment is more and more complex. In order to be able to better guide and monitor of industrial production, manufacturers and researchers will gradually combine advanced technology with detection device, and gradually form the measurement and control system. Measurement and control system has very good effect in optimizing production processes, standardization of production, improve product quality, reduce costs, etc.This article is committed to design a measurement and control system about the mechanical and electrical integration of liquid experiment platform for Institute of machinery and electronics of Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology.The main task is to complete the experiment platform of measurement and control system based on PLC design, at the same time to complete the related experiments.Second, the overall demand analysis was carried out on the experimental platform, and then was block designed according to the functions of the design. Next, composite each function block, complete the overall design of the test-bed control system schematic diagram, and describe the function with detail.Then, according to the demand analysis of measurement and control system, determine the number of I/O point programmable controller, analog input and output number of PLC system, and complete the PLC program design.Finally, due to the mechanical and electrical integration of liquid experiment platform there are multiple working modes, which exist synchronization problems. In this paper, based on the direct torque of inverter to control motor output torque, parameters change of the diesel engine and electric motor in dynamical coupling is researched, which the provides a certain reference about follow-up studies of stability of power output in further research.
