Nowadays,multi-axis synchronous control has a wide application in industry field.As controlled objects become more and more complex as well as people's increasing improvement of production, real-time synchronization control,stability and high precision control become a hub of multi-axis synchronous once again.Based on mechanical transmission,the traditional control system for multi-axis synchronization is complex with low control precision as well as poor anti-interference ability,which can't meet the current demand for industrial applications.With the traditional theory of multi-axis synchronous control,basing the practical point of view,combined with multi-axis motion control mechanism,this article proposes a new multi-axis synchronous control program that is more effective than ever before,which is improved that is parallel bus transmission and flexible pulse compensation control.Based on the theory of control,the research is tend to practical industry control.Considering the theoretical research and system implementation,this article describes the research work about multi-axis synchronous control in detail,giving a summary about the full-text from the perspective of the two complement each other. Theoretical research focuses on pulse compensation control mechanism and the key issues to be solved and how to achieve synchronous control algorithm corresponding.Besides,it also analyzes and discusses the real-time synchronization control and system network.In the system implementation,it elaborates the overall system functional structure both in hardware and soft,focusing the overall system control design and the specific design of the main functional modules as well as their work theory.In the end,the results that the research has achieved is successfully used in a rotary screen printing control system for multi-axis synchronization.Key technologies and methods of sloving problem talked about in the theory play an important role in the implementation of system,which make the system unified both in the theory and practice,ensureing its real-time and stability and high control accuracy.
