Multi-axis Synchronous Control has a quite wide range of applications in the field of industrial control,its control of real-time and precision greatly affect the industrial production.With the “industrial 4.0” proposed,to achieve information network and decentralized in the industrial production control system will be the future direction of development.Industrial Ethernet not only integrates Ethernet technology into the underlying network,making the field layer,control layer and management layer more convenient integration at the vertical level but also has higher real-time,which will promote the integration of automation and information.In this paper,the Industrial Ethernet is introduced into multi-axis synchronous control system on basis of the project“research and development of multi-axis with high-speed synchronous of rotary screen printing equipment based on networked”,which will adapt to the future development direction.This thesis summarizes the research background of Multi-axis Synchronous Control and Industrial Ethernet and present research from home and abroad firstly.The networked structure of rotary screen printing machine control system is designed based on PROFINET bus.The multi-axis synchronous control system is built on system-on-a-programmable-chip(SOPC)and the key technologies of hardware circuit and software are designed and implemented.Besides,the synchronous control and PROFINET interface are achieved.In hardware,pulse acquisition circuit,pulse drive circuit,the PROFINET interface circuit and the power supply module are designed and implemented.In software,QEP module,synchronization control program,pulse sending module and PROFINET IO device are designed and the feedforward compensation algorithm in synchronization control is verified.Finally,the corresponding experimental test platform is built to test the QEP module,the pulse sending module,cycle of data exchange and synchronous accuracy and theexperimental results shows that the data update period is 1ms and synchronization accuracy is within 0.013 mm with the speed of 80m/min,which meets the predetermined requirements.
