With the continuous development of volunteer service,volunteer service activities gradually appear in the field of library work.After the development in recent years,from the public library to the university library,the influence of volunteer service activities in the library is more and more significant,and at the same time,some problems of volunteer service have begun to emerge,among which the incentive mechanism of volunteer service is one of them.Reasonable and perfect incentive mechanism of volunteer service plays a very important role in mobilizing volunteers’ initiative and improving the effect of volunteer service.Therefore,the study of incentive mechanism of volunteer service has important theoretical and practical significance.Purpose of this article from the Angle of the two-factor theory research of incentive mechanism of university library volunteer service,the purpose is to apply health care factors and incentive factors into the incentive mechanism of university library volunteer service,so as to find and solve the various problems of incentive mechanism,in order to improve the volunteer service of incentive mechanism,so as to improve the effect of voluntary service.Through the method of literature analysis,this paper draws lessons from Chinese and foreign literature about university library volunteer service,volunteer service incentive mechanism and two-factor theory,to understand the application of two-factor theory in the field of library and the application of incentive mechanism in library volunteer service.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper explores the current situation of volunteer service incentive mechanism in three university libraries in C city,including the existing incentive measures and volunteers’ satisfaction with the incentive measures.Existing incentive measures can be divided into environmental incentive,material incentive,spiritual incentive and objective incentive,specifically including working environment,interpersonal relationship,rules and regulations,welfare benefits,incentive measures,volunteer service spirit,evaluation incentive and personal ability improvement,etc.As can be seen from the satisfaction of volunteers,the effect of the existing incentive measures is not ideal.On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of voluntary service incentive mechanism,combining with the two-factor theory,this paper analyzes the existing problems of voluntary service incentive mechanism from the two aspects of health care factors and incentive factors,and puts forward specific optimization strategies respectively.Hygiene factors and imperfect rules and regulations,the working environment is not comfortable enough,lack of incentives and assessment mechanism is not scientific and reasonable,optimization measures are put forward to constitute perfect rules and regulations,build a good work environment,to a variety of incentives,to set up scientific evaluation mechanism,Problems of incentive to promote personal ability,unable to get a sense of achievement,a lack of respect and acceptance,the volunteer spirit is insufficient,put forward the improvement measures is to improve the attention to volunteer training,to ensure that the volunteer work achievement,to strengthen the respect and recognition of volunteers,pay attention to the cultivation of volunteer service spirit.
