With the development of e-commerce,the sorted orders in the warehouse also show the characteristics of "multiple varieties, small batches, multiple batches, and high time efficiency".Traditional manual picking methods require a lot of manpower and material resources. In this case,in order to reduce the cost of logistics sorting and improve service efficiency, more and more companies are beginning to use robots in warehousing and logistics. In recent years,a new type of automated mobile robot(AMR)has emerged, which uses a man-machine collaboration method to integrate the movement of workers into a workflow.A survey of the AMR market in 2019 showed that this market is growing at an explosive rate. This paper studies the scheduling problems of operators faced by autonomous mobile robots in the sorting mode, and provides important theoretical support and practical guidance for the actual warehousing operations of enterprises.First, this article analyzes the actual situation of the operator scheduling problem in the AMR sorting mode, and describes and hypothesizes the problem.Combining the four principles of real-time,shortest path principle, minimum waiting time for robots, and systematic, the scenario analysis method is used to formulate scheduling rules for possible situations and establish corresponding optimization models. Then,a smallscale calculation example is used to optimize the model in this paper.Because the actual sorting process is a dynamic change process, and the optimization model is established under static conditions, the dynamic change process of the sorting system can be observed through simulation modeling. Therefore, this article establishes a simulation model in Anylogic, including the main agent, order agent, robot agent, dispatch agent, and operator agent model.Small-scale example data is input into the simulation model to compare the gap between optimization solution and simulation and verify the correctness of the simulation model. Then, this article analyzes the order time characteristics and order interval characteristics of actual orders, and modifies the order agent in the simulation to make it more in line with the actual situation of the order. Finally, compare the existing scheduling scheme with the original scheduling scheme, and prove that the existing scheduling scheme can reduce the maximum order completion time, the walking time of the workers and the waiting time of the robot.A sensitivity analysis is carried out to adjust the model parameters in the simulation, and analyze the influence of different order quantities, different scheduling time window intervals, and different operator robot configuration comparisons on the maximum order completion time, operator status and robot status, and the selection of the optimal solution is given.Facts have proved that the optimal parameters of the robot at runtime can be found through the optimization and simulation method. There are 28 figures,28 tables and 77 references in the paper.
