At present,in the mechanical processing manufacturing industry,manual operation of conventional machine tools and CNC machine tools is still the mainstream production method.These traditional processing methods have disadvantages such as poor product quality and low productivity.Industrial robots instead of humans to complete processing is one of the ways to break the traditional processing mode.At the same time,the state has proposed a number of intelligent manufacturing plans,making it an inevitable trend to build automatic production units for industrial robots.This subject is to solve the problems of large production volume,high occupation rate of processing equipment and low efficiency of two types of parts,Taking the construction of two types of mass-produced parts as research objects,establishing a process information model.The robot is used in conjunction with two CNC machine tools to complete the sixth axis gripping,machine tool transformation and supporting facilities.Finally,all the contents are integrated to complete the construction of the automated production line,and the overall operation scheduling plan and production program are obtained.The main contents of the project are:(1)Process analysis of two types of parts and establish a process information model.Two types of parts were developed for the process of this automated production unit.(2)Apply the industrial robot to the robotic automated production unit,and complete the application design and analysis of the supporting facilities,Including the robot's sixth axis clamping jaws,pneumatic fixtures,machine tool modifications,turning tables,loading and unloading lines and safety facilities.(3)Integrate all scenarios and perform runtime simulation verification.According to the simulation time results,the total operation scheduling scheme of the unit's optimal productivity is optimized and the production program is obtained.
