In the background of media integration,the traditional TV media has undergone tremendous changes in content production,broadcast methods,business models,information technology and so on.Technological innovation also drives the organization's human resources management and talent cultivation to make corresponding adjustments.As an important component of talent cultivation,the construction of a scientific and reasonable training system plays a vital role in the organization's human resource development.The current research on the training system is rarely focus on its application in media industry.This paper takes G television station as an example,analyzes the employees training status and causes of G television station,and proposes a series of training system optimization programs.First,the literature analysis method is used to sort out the training related theories,and then the questionnaire survey method is used to analyze training status,training satisfaction and training needs of G television station employees.There are corresponding problems in training courses,the analysis of training needs,trainers,training evaluation and training guarantee.Based on this,this paper uses the competence model,the kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation tools and other modern training theoretical tools to propose targeted and operable optimization solutions for different problems,and sets up an employee training system which accords with the development strategy of G television station and the actual needs of the staff.This paper not only helps to further expand the research in related fields,but also provides enlightenment for talent cultivation and the optimization of the training system in the media industry.
