Nowadays, with the rapid development of e-commerce,online sales channels are becoming increasingly important.More and more companies are committed to online and offline dual-channel operations to meet the diverse needs of consumers and obtain greater benefits. The dual-channel supply chain is more complex than the traditional supply chain structure, and there is both cooperation and competition among supply chain members, which increases the difficulty of supply chain management. This article takes the dual-channel supply chain as the research object and discusses the optimal inventory strategy of supply chain members under different situations.First, this article summarizes the research status of dual-channel supply chain, traditional inventory management theory and multi-agent technology.Secondly, this article uses multi-agent methods to construct centralized and decentralized dual-channel supply chain inventory models, abstracting manufacturers, retailers and consumer markets into different agents, and designing corresponding functional modules for them to simulate their in reality Then use the simulation software AnyLogic to simulate the model. Finally, through case analysis,it discusses the optimal inventory decision of supply chain members under the centralized inventory mode and decentralized inventory mode, and further explores the influence of factors such as replenishment cycle and consumer channel preference rate on the supply chain. The research results show that:(1)Facing the same market demand, the profit of the centralized dual-channel supply chain is higher than that of the decentralized dual-channel supply chain, but the number of customers lost is larger;(2)The replenishment cycle is too long If it is too small,it will lead to an increase in the inventory level of the supply chain;(3)The reduction in consumer preference for online channels will lead to an increase in the safety stock level of the centralized dual-channel supply chain;(4)The increase in demand uncertainty will lead to dual-channel Increased supply chain safety stock levels and decreased profits;(5)A greater degree of free-riding behavior will reduce the enthusiasm of retailers in the decentralized dual-channel supply chain to provide pre-sales services, which will reduce the total profit of the supply chain. This article contains 49 figures,7 tables, and 61 references.
