In the era of Internet e-commerce,online shopping and payment platforms becoming more and more popular and active,the traditional shopping center business has been severely challenged,and shopping centers are facing a digital business transformation to cope with this situation.In order to facilitate the Internet access of its customers and merchants,the shopping center generally deploys a Wi Fi network.With the technical features of Wi Fi,we can provide location information tracking and corresponding big data analysis for customers who carry smartphones to understand customers' shopping behavior and targeted push service and marketing information to customers.The solution in this article is called a wireless network value-added solution for shopping centers.The solution enables shopping centers to collect and analyze customer shopping behaviors like online shopping platforms for intelligent management and precise marketing.Because this solution is an integrated software and hardware value-added development solution,although the value-added solution involved in this paper has formed a relatively complete functionality,it still faces the fragmentation of the solution components,the diversity of user needs,the difficulty of combing user's needs and poor communication with customers have created problems when facing different shopping centers customer needs.How to provide solutions for specific shopping center needs has become extremely difficult.Due to the short development time of the industry,there are few studies on the customized configuration design of software and hardware valueadded solutions,which restricts similar solutions from entering the market quickly and efficiently.This paper makes use of the product modular design method under mass customization.Firstly,the software and hardware components of the solution are divided according to functions,and then the general related business needs of the shopping center are analyzed,and the shopping center and the solution are obtained as widely as possible.The overall requirements related to the solution,and then based on these requirements,the software and hardware modules of the solution are designed and divided.After having the solution modules,this paper uses AHP analytic hierarchy process to analyze the customized needs of a specific shopping center,and then uses the quality house to map the shopping center customization requirements into corresponding solution function modules,and finally organize the obtained modules.Forming a quotation and completing the solution product configuration and quotation for the specific shopping center demand,providing a method and basis for the quick and effective configuration of the solution and meeting the customer's needs,and also providing the corresponding development plan and investment for the shopping center.Finally,this paper introduces two shopping center cases with different needs according to the method proposed in this paper,and has obtained a satisfactory solution configuration result.
