With the rapid development of Internet, global economy has come to an exciting age of development. Enterprises are getting new values, new increase, new commercial chances and new management ideas by using information technology. The advent of E-commerce not only develops new economy, but also put forwards rigorous challenges for traditional enterprises.Modern companies, especially the ones in strongly competive industry, put more emphasis on customers' response. "CUSTOMER IS GOD" is entering the brains of proprietors step by step. Customer has never been so emphasized by enterprises, and the world is coming into an era when customers enact rules. The enterprise whice has not realized it, will be discarded by customers. On this condition, customer relationship management, the traditional management idea, is blooming with advanced technology. Now modern customer relationship management has been the pursuit of many companies. And people find that the application and extension of the idea of customer relationship management in enterprises always depend on software system, CRM system.With the drive of market requirment, progress of information technology and improvement of management idea, CRM and the development and actualization of CRM system have been hotspot of market. After some people from software industry in our country undertand the basic theory of customer relationship management, they lose no time to organize to develop indigenous CRM system suitable for Chinese market. But after some blundering hurly-burly in the market, people find that the CRM model suitable for Chinese market has not been formed, which results in the low success rate of the development and actualization of CRM system. Thus, from the illumination of practices of the development and actualization of CRM system, the author tries to discuss the methods and theories of development and actualization of custom-built CRM system, which may be used for reference to better extension and application of CRM system in our country.Besides the commonness of general CRM system, custom-built CRM system relatively faces more challenge in development quality, time of delivery, cost control and system actualization. To develop and actualize custom-built CRM system quickly and effectively, the paper researches custom-built CRM system, and mainly includes the following tips.In the first chapter, the paper is generally introduced. The research object, the significance and the structure of the paper are discussed all together.In the second chapter, the development and actualization of CRM system in Zhejiang Yongtong Group are introduced relatively detailedly. Firstly, system requirement analysis is discussed. It includes brief introduction of Zhejiang Yongtong Group and the description ofrequirement status and function model of the CRM system. Next, from the viewpoints of JAVA Model I, CRM development platform and technology realization, the author introduce the system. Finally, system actualization is described.In the third chaper, the development and actualization of CRM system in Shaoxing Textile Machinery Group are introduced in detail. Firstly, system requirement analysis is discussed. It includes the brief introduction of Shaoxing Textile Machinery Group, and the description of requirement status and function model of the system. Next, JAVA Model 2 technology and MVC realization architecture are introduced, and based on it WAF-based MVC realization is expatiated. Finally, the progree status of the CRM actualization is introduced at the moment.In the fourth chaper, firstly, the two CRM system introduced in former chapters are compared, analyzed and summarized from the viewpoint of company status, realization technology, actualization status and function constitution. On the base of the comparation, analysis and summarization, the function of custom-built CRM system is analyzed, and general models of it are ascertained. Next, the development methods of custom-built CRM system are discussed, and conbined with development practice, requirement gathering methods and distributed-component-technology-based development process, which are suitable for custom-built CRM system are ascertained. Then, three key technologies for the realization of the quick customization of CRM system are listed. Finally, the idea of mass customization of custom-built CRM system is put forward.In the fifth chapter, the two facets of CRM system actualization are briefly discussed. They are social system and technical one. Then, the actualization methods for custom-built CRM system are expatiated from the viewpoint of actualization methodology, jumping-off point, flow and key factors.In the sixth chapter, the total research works of this dissertation are summarized, and further researches are prospected.
