With the development of society, social material wealth is getting more and more abundant, the demand of consumer for products no longer satisfied with traditional production of products, they want to purchase the product that has some features for their own. In order to improve the customized way to break the geographical, time, and other restrictions, build a interactive platform for businesses and customers to improve enterprise ability of responding to the market quickly, the system platform provide personalized services for businesses and individuals to improve the participation, of customer, the implementation of customization has become the new frontier of competition. Currently, The large number of domestic and foreign experts, scholars and manufacturing companies are doing this study, Customization become a hot topic in the field of manufacturing now, but existing research results are not perfect yet.Therefore, this paper proposes an architecture based on product customization design system from network, researches into the design approach of customization platform, and emphatically analyzes the modular design method from the basic approach of DFMC. Researches into the process and function establishment of system and the key technology of it with product configuration management.In this thesis, taking the bike product as an application example, a bike product customization based on network pattern will be built by realizing the integration of every system module through the research on protosystem development.The propose and significance of research on customization system is to build communication bridge between enterprise and customer, to help enterprise organizes manufacture and sale by using advanced network technology, to promote information construction and comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise, and to present new idea and method for the mass customization development of enterprise.
