A Study On Modular Design Of Software R&D Buildings

At present, construction of software parks in China is wildly and rapidly, while the soft ware R&D center is the core function of software park. Software R&D center has a variety of design techniques, and have good practical engineering. The modularization is applied to ar chitectural design methods have many discussions and research in domestic and foreign literat ures, but specific to a particular building type, basically confined in residential design, the hos pital design, especiallydomestic research on modular application research in software R&D c enter building in less.The reflection on the R&D center creative situation, first proposed the design of the mai n problems,and then puts forward the modular method is applied to the software R&D center in design view. A comprehensive analysis, and the modular design in the software park buildi ng design how effective solution is put forward; finally, four engineering examples the author’ s experience to discuss modularresult achieved in the design of software research and develop ment center, as well as on a modular approach to active reflection and optimization.This paper is divided into three sections.The first chapter in the development trend of software R&D center as the background, t he mainproblems existed in design as the breakthrough point, the possibility of modular desig n is applied tothe software R&D center; then the related theory to the module to conduct in-d epth study,elaborated domestic and foreign modular building development in recent years and the main modulebuilding type, focuses on the application of module in China at the present st age of design softwareR&D center case study.The modular design method of the second chapter focuses on the software R&D center. Firstly, the software R&D center function analysis, extract the function module and combin ation; then put forward three principles of modular design software R&D center; finally, a m odular approach to thereflection and prospect.In the third chapter, the detailed design practice as the research object, describes how eac h projectwith a modular approach to graphic design thinking, function module and the structur e of the preprocess, different combinations of module and the module method optimization ap proach.In summary, the second chapter and the third chapter is the focus of this chapter. I used t o collect data and deduction, combining, combined with case studies and self practice, based on the related theory of modular as the support, and expounds the application of modularizati on in software R&D center, has a certain significance and reference value.
