Research On Configuration Design System Of Electroacoustic Product For Mass Customization

Mass Customization (MC) aims at providing customized products with the efficiency and cost of mass production.With the key technology of configuration design system, MC is a customer-centered producing strategy providing varieties of product to meet requirements, and is considered as one of the most important production mode in the 21 century. This paper's background is the key science and technology project of Zhejiang province manufacture information, and mainly focuses on the research on configuration design system of electro acoustic product for Mass Customization. Then the theory of MC will be spreaded into electro acoustical industry to meet customers' requirements of diversity and individuation while implementing effectively the technology of MC.Firstly, the paper summarizes the research background of the technology of MC , introduces two key technologies and the research background of this paper.Then presents the main object and content of it.Thorough the analysis of the traditional development mode of electro acoustical product, this paper has researched configuration design technology of electroacoustic product for MC that mainly includes customer-oriented and engineer-oriented configuration design.Then this paper analyzes the framework of electroacoustic products' configuration design system.Next this paper elaborated the design flow of customer-oriented configuration design, analyzed the foundation method of product family model and suggested to divide the product family model into two components: Tabular Layouts of Article Characteristics and Product Geometric Models.This paper discussed the integration method, which solves the consistency problem within different information system, among customer-oriented configuration system,PDM system and engineer-oriented configuration system.The engineers-oriented configuration design technologies , including designs based on configuration-rule-library,graft-configuration and part-library-parametrization, are analyzed in detail. This paper presents the foundation methods of part main model, product main structure and configuration rules library. And studied CBR-based theory of similarity search , then sets forth the algorithm of product similarity search .After discussing the technology of CAD softwares' re-development,this paper offered a new method of integrating parametrization design and PDM system.Thorough the introduction of a successful application in an enterprise, this paper illustrates the configuration design technologies' application in electroacoustic company.Finally, this paper summarizes its main research content , and presents some prospect in the research work.
