With the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for quick-frozen food increases gradually,and there are higher requirements for its quality and safety.In terms of food circulation,the efficiency and quality of cold-chain logistics are the most relevant to quality and safety.As the cold chain logistics network system is not perfect in most cities in China,the planning is not scientific enough,the facilities and equipment of the cold chain are relatively backward,the transportation efficiency is low and the cargo damage is high,resulting in the cold chain logistics cost in China is much higher than that in developed countries.In the optimization of cold chain logistics network,scientific site selection and route optimization of cold chain distribution center can effectively enhance the efficiency and quality of the whole cold chain logistics.In addition,although the research on the single cold chain distribution center site selection or path optimization is mature in China,there are few studies on the combination of them.Therefore,the joint optimization of site selection and path optimization is proposed in this paper.The innovation of this paper lies in the research on the location and path optimization of the distribution center of the cold chain logistics of quick-frozen food,and the design of the solution process combining enumeration method and simulated annealing algorithm.In this paper,the research content,in domestic and foreign research review,after further cold chain related theoretical basis,to select suitable for urban cold-chain logistics mode of single stage network,cold chain distribution center location and path optimization combination optimization,considering distribution center construction cost,distribution cost,transportation cost and cost of the damage,time penalty cost,etc.,to build the vendor to the distribution center,distribution center to the bi-level programming model of the customer.After the model was built,three suppliers,five cold chain distribution centers and16 supermarket customers were selected from enterprise D in TJ city.MATLAB2018 a was used to calculate the enumeration method and simulated annealing algorithm,so as to obtain the cost and total cost of the upper and lower levels.Finally,through the comparison and analysis of the total cost,it is concluded that the result of the model is lower than that of only considering the location cost or distribution cost of cold chain distribution center.The economic practicability of the model is illustrated.Through the sensitivity analysis of the upper and lower transportation cost and cargo loss coefficient in the model,the results of the optimal alternative distribution center remain unchanged within a reasonable transportation and cargo loss range.It shows that the model has strong robustness.The research results in this paper can determine the optimal location of alternative distribution centers and calculate the optimal distribution path,so as to optimize the cold chain logistics network of the whole city.The model is applied to the optimization of location and route of cold chain logistics enterprises,so as to reduce the consumption of quick-frozen food,ensure the quality of quick-frozen food,reduce the overall operation cost of cold chain logistics,and promote the healthy development of cold chain logistics.It is hoped that China's cold chain logistics network construction is getting better and better.
