The demand for fresh products is increasing in modern life.However,there are some problems in the distribution of fresh products,such as high cost,untimely information transmission and low distribution efficiency.Cold chain transportation is the key to ensure the product’s timeliness and quality.Therefore,in order to became an excellent fresh cold chain enterprise,it is necessary to master the key technologies of optimizing the distribution path,improving the distribution efficiency and reducing the cost.In this paper,through the analysis of the distribution status of T distribution center,problems are founded in the formulation of distribution vehicle routing scheme,the paper designed the dynamic real-time information processing strategy and adopted the dynamic information processing in batches according to time,finally put forward optimization suggestions to ensure the timely delivery rate of goods,reduce the distribution cost,and contribute to the better development of T distribution center.First of all,this paper describes the research background and content,through the research and learning of advanced cold chain logistics theory,path planning and other issues at home and abroad,summarizes the classification and solution method of vehicle routing problem,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the following paper.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of the logistics distribution path scheme of T distribution center,problems are founded such as low service quality,long waiting time of goods,high vehicle empty rate and high distribution cost exist in the logistics distribution system of T distribution center,and also analyses the necessity of studying the dynamic path planning of distribution vehicles in T distribution center.Thirdly,aiming at the existing problems,this paper designs a dynamic real-time information processing strategy according to the needs of actual customers and the characteristics of fresh products,and designs a distribution path optimization model with the minimum total cost.The optimization model is solved by the combination of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme,optimization measures are put forward in terms of system construction,product distribution service,upstream and downstream customer relationship.
