| With the repaid development of software industry, there also appears a series of crisis, alot of software run into uncontrollable situation. To solve this crisis, on of the effectivemethod is to strengthen project management.Project management is a branch of management, means making use of special methodsof knowledge, skills, tools, to make the project fulfill or exceed the requirement orexpectation under the restriction of limited resources. Software project is a special kind ofproject, with features of abstract, complexity, changeable and so forth. For software projects,we need to pay more attention on the process model and process control.The most difficult problem in software development project is the uncertainty andvariability of requirements. To cope with risks of rapid changing on requirement, and delivervaluable software to customers, the agile methods that based on iterate development was putforward in recent years. Scrum method is one of the most widely used agile method, itdefined a process framework for agile development, and define the basic roles, actions andtools for agile projects management, it is simple and easy to use, its process keep consistencewith the PDCA method, so it represents the advanced management philosophy.According to the issues in the development of power management system of Yanchangoilfield, the author made research on the theory and method of software project management,and then selected the agile method of Scrum to manage the software development. Under theprocess framework of Scrum method, introduced the implementation of project managementof this software on aspects of human resource management, Communication Management,Scope Management, Time Management and Quality Management. Practice shows that:Scrum method contributes to reduce risks of unclear and changeable requirement, by usingScrum method properly, it helps to improve the development efficiency, and ensure thequality of software as well. |
