With the advancement of Industry 4.0 and China Manufacturing 2025 strategy,the application rate and penetration rate of AGV in the smart warehousing industry have been significantly improved.However,the chaotic task assignment and poor monitoring and management of AGV in the smart warehousing industry will lead to an increase in production costs.More traditional monitoring the management system is still in its infancy.Aiming at the problems of unstable scheduling system,low data transmission efficiency and production efficiency in multi-AGV monitoring and management in the intelligent warehousing industry,this paper designs a multi-AGV monitoring system that fully integrates real-time monitoring,data collection,data query,abnormal state viewing and other functions Combining them together greatly improves the operational efficiency of multi-AGV collaborative work.The research content of this article is as follows:Firstly,recording to the actual working characteristics of AGV in the storage environment,the software and hardware of the AGV lower computer control system,wireless communication system and upper computer control system are designed in a layered and modular design concept.Based on the analysis of the multi-AGV monitoring system and functional requirements,the overall scheme and scheduling algorithm of the multi-AGV monitoring management system are proposed.Secondly,STM32F103RBT6 was selected the main control chip to design the lower computer control system;armature voltage control method was selected to control the DC motor;eight linear Hall sensors was selected to form the magnetic navigation module to meet the requirements of AGV in real-time and stability;The Zig Bee star networking mode is selected to complete the two-way communication between the upper computer and the lower computer.Thirdly,according to the demand analysis on the software of multiple AGV monitoring system,overall framework of the software system and the flowchart of each module was designed;C# language was used to the development language,SQL Server was used to the system database,and realize the program of each sub-module on the Visual Studio 2015 operating platform Compile;set the communication protocol standard between the host computer and the wireless communication system.Finally,aiming at the effective task scheduling problem of multiple AGV in the operation process,an improved particle swarm algorithm was proposed.By drawing on the idea of genetic algorithm crossover and mutation,the particles are crossed and mutated to enhance the ability of particle swarm algorithm to jump out of local solution;The simulation in this paper verifies the feasibility of the improved algorithm in optimizing the driving path of AGV.
