Research On Influencing Factors Inter-Agency Cooperation Intention In The Process Of Integrating Public Digital Cultural Resources

With the development of network information technology,great changes have taken place in the way of information storage,organization and acquisition.People have more and more access to information resources,and higher requirements have been put forward for the access to information resources.As a public cultural institution providing public cultural services to the public,the rise of more and more for-profit cultural service organizations has brought unprecedented competitive pressure.In order to meet the personalized needs of the public more and more changeable,better cope with competition from external,public cultural institutions must enrich their own collection resources in order to enhance their own competitiveness,at the same time provide the public with more convenient and quick way of resource acquisition of improving the user experience,public cultural institutions of the integration of digital culture resources is becoming urgent.As the main body of the integration of public digital cultural resources,the cooperation willingness between cultural institutions is the premise of the integration of public digital cultural resources.This article through to the related work of public cultural institutions staff in-depth interviews to obtain raw data,using the method of grounded theory to the original data collection,analysis and induction of public cultural institutions to participate in the digital cultural resources integration willingness to root research,summarizes the benefits perceived risk,cost awareness,situational awareness,awareness of four main categories,category by mining and the relationship between core category to build cooperation between institutions will influence factor theory model,and according to the results of the study of public digital cultural resources integration safeguard mechanism were studied.It is found that the benefit of cooperation is the driving factor of the cooperation among cultural institutions,and the cost of cooperation plays a certain role in regulating the willingness of cooperation among institutions.Cultural institutions' perception of risks in the process of cooperation will reduce their willingness to cooperate,and risk perception will hinder inter-agency cooperation.A good cooperative environment is conducive to the efficient and long-term development of cooperation,which plays a supporting role in interagency cooperation.
