In recent years,with the improvement of PCB circuit board technology,PCB motors have been derived.PCB planar winding torque motors are made of disk motor structure combined with printed circuit technology.Compared with traditional permanent magnet motors,they have shorter axial distance and volume.It has the advantages of small size,light weight,high reliability,and low-speed smooth operation of the motor under the condition of small torque.Therefore,it is widely used in time-domain interference systems such as biometers and terahertz spectrometers.The research project carried out the research on PCB plane winding torque motor and its servo control.Firstly,Based on the analysis of the traditional disc permanent magnet motor structure,the single stator and single rotor disc motor structure is selected as the research object in combination with the project.Analyze and design the parameters of the permanent magnet rotor of the motor,choose Nd-Fe-B as the permanent magnet material,and the Halbach array as the permanent magnet arrangement.Through the analysis of the magnetic circuit,determine the inner and outer diameter of the rotor,the thickness of the permanent magnet and other parameters;The winding parameters are analyzed and designed,contrast the traditional winding shape,and the sector winding form is proposed for the utilization of the PCB board and the loss of the winding end.Through the analysis and calculation of the magnetic potential and magnetic field of the winding,the required parameters such as the thickness of the copper claddings,the spacing of the guide strips and the width of the conductor are obtained.Secondly,Through the simulation of stator and rotor flux density distribution,air gap flux density,winding eddy current loss,load torque,winding inductance,etc.,the feasibility of the designed motor parameters is verified.Through the simulation analysis of the winding inductance value,it can be seen that the winding inductance value is small,which may cause the current intermittent and the motor rotating flow,which is not conducive to the motor control.In order to solve this problem,the method of series inductance at the three-phase winding is proposed to compensate inductance.The paper uses the FOC control algorithm,uses the speed and current double closed-loop control,and uses STM32 as the main control chip to study the servo control system of the PCB plane winding torque motor.Finally,the prototype of PCB plane winding torque motor is made,and the phase inductance value of the prototype is tested.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.The servo control system of PCB plane winding torque motor was built,and the phase current waveforms before and after the motor windings were connected with inductance were detected and compared.The phase current discontinuous problem was greatly improved by the method of serial inductance.The speed and output torque of the motor are tested,and the experiment proves that the motor and its servo control system can meet the requirements of the biometric instrument project.
