Investigation And Research On The Service Status Of Disabled Readers In Prefecture-level Public Libraries In Anhui Province

The year 2020 is a decisive period for all citizens to enter a moderately prosperous society.The disabled group is a vulnerable group in the society and an important part of the process of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Due to their physical and psychological limitations,they need the help of social resources to obtain legal rights and interests.Public libraries are non-profit cultural units that serve the public free of charge.It is their due responsibility and obligation to guarantee the equal cultural reading rights of the disabled.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to investigate the current situation of public library service for disabled readers.This paper takes 16 municipal public libraries in Anhui Province as the research subject,and uses literature research method,network survey method,field survey method,induction and summary method to deeply understand the service status quo of municipal public libraries in Anhui Province for disabled groups.Mainly from the infrastructure for the disabled,the literature resources,the portal,space environment,reading promotion activities,service team and spending were investigated,and then summarizes the existing in the public library in Anhui province disabled reader service oriented infrastructure construction is not perfect,the traditional collection resources less species number,use existing obstacles,the portal website of digital resources,Special seating capacity,low utilization rate,less reading promotion activities is less,the lack of publicity,promotion,service personnel professional skills shortages,inadequate service concept,it is difficult to support innovation without set up special funds,services,and combined with a large number of literature at home and abroad advanced experience of library reader service,to improve the infrastructure construction,Rich collection resources species number,expand access to library,and promote the accessibility of digital resources construction,the promotion of digital reading for disabled persons,to create high quality special reading space,promote the exchange of disabled reader development,sets up the disabled reader brand activities,pay attention to the promotion,strengthening the construction of professional team,to improve the librarians' service consciousness,obtain comprehensive financial support,The aim is to improve the service efficiency of municipal public libraries in Anhui Province for disabled readers,improve the reading environment and reading experience of disabled readers,create a good reading atmosphere for the whole people,and make contributions to the harmonious development of society.
