With the development of social and economic level and the increasing social pressure,people's demand for entertainment is expanding day by day.As a low-cost entertainment activity,watching reality TV has become the choice of many people.At the same time,with the popularization and use of mobile electronic devices,the way people watch reality TV shows has changed from a single fixed point in the past to an accompanying state without time and space constraints.During the period from the beginning of production to the end of broadcast,the production team,permanent guests and fans began to interact frequently for the same or different purposes.In these interactive processes,as an important subject of reality TV programs and the main relationship involved,idol-fans,idol-programs,fans-programs all interact in different interactive environments and produce different ritual results.Taking “Lady Land” as an example,this paper observes and records a series of interactive ceremonies in the program by means of participatory observation and in-depth interviews,and observes how these interactive ceremonies affect the cultivation of idols,the companionship of fans and the final generation of the program.On the basis of acknowledging the shortcomings in the production of “Lady Land”,this paper brings idol and fan behavior into the broad category of the program content,and discusses a multi-dimensional content creation and identity generation jointly conducted by the program production team,idols and fans under the Internet environment.Firstly,this paper discusses that idol enters a new interactive scene or perspective because of following the program setting and fans' expectation in this reality show.At the same time,influenced by fans' emotions,idol also reconstructs its identity.As a "group show",the biggest change in identity setting of participating idols is from "individual" to "member",and the selfrecognition of idol's membership is also the re-cultivation of idols by programs and fans.Secondly,fans,idols and programs have established a long-term companionship relationship through on-the-spot contact and online communication.Companionship has also promoted fans' participation and brought new identification.This identification has developed into fans' deeper embeddedness of idols and programs in the new round of interactive ceremony of fans,which also affects idols and programs themselves.This can bring up the third question of this study,that is,the re-cultivation of idols in these interactive ceremonies,and the influence of fans' participation on program production.The attitudes and actions chosen by idols and fans in these interactive ceremonies have affected the arrangement of program content,the effect of communication and even the setting of the concept category of program to a certain extent.All in all,this paper chooses to explore how stars are "cultivated" by fans and programs in reality TV programs from the perspective of interactive ritual theory;How do fans "accompany" with stars and programs in both directions;How these "nurturing" and "companionship" make the program "generate" in various uncertain environments leads to the difference between the final presentation of the program and the preset by the program production team.
