With the development of modern logistics to information and globalization, logistics distribution plays a more and more important role in the whole logistics system, and also becomes the most important energy consumption park in logistics activities. In addition today's society is facing the pressure of energy tension and environmental pollution,low-carbon logistics has attracted the attention of academia and enterprises and is becoming a hot spot of research. The energy consumed by logistics distribution is not only a large proportion of the total transportation cost, but also one of the main sources of carbon dioxide. Therefore,on the basis of satisfying the distribution demand,it is of great significance to plan the vehicle distribution path reasonably and effectively to reduce the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions generated by the distribution process, which has become the focus direction of the current research on the logistics distribution vehicle path problem. In this thesis, the carbon emission of logistics distribution process is considered in to the optimization of logistics distribution path, the mathematical model is established and solved by adaptive genetic algorithm. The main contents are as follows:First, the basic model of logistics distribution path optimization is summarized and the related factors affecting fuel consumption are analyzed in detail. The calculation method of estimating carbon emission and fuel consumption is established. The fuel consumption cost and carbon emission cost are taken into account in the optimization model, and the optimization goal is to minimize the total cost of distribution.Secondly, aiming at the solution algorithm of logistics distribution path optimization model, the shortcomings of genetic algorithm are analyzed, and the adaptive genetic algorithm is obtained by improving its cross probability and variation probability;and the design is carried out.And the adaptive genetic algorithm is design for the solving logistics distribution path optimization model. Finally, combined with the actual case, the feasibility of the established logistics vehicle distribution path model is verified by simulation, and the vehicle distribution path considering fuel consumption and carbon emissions is obtained. The simulation results of this case show that adaptive genetic algorithm has faster convergence speed and optimization ability than genetic algorithm, and is an effective method to solve logistics distribution path optimization problem.
