With the development of urban-rural integration,postal and third-party logistics have developed network layouts in rural areas in recent years,and these gave fat part to the advantages of third-party logistics companies in distribution services,so that third-party logistics distribution centers can effectively connect urban and rural areas.According to the supply of agricultural products in Jinan,A logistics Company takes advantage of its own advantages to adopt A one-way + two-way distribution mode for material distribution between urban and rural areas,so as to realize the two-way interaction of logistics and information flow promote the efficient circulation of urban and rural materials.At present,the problems of low vehicle mileage utilization and low distribution efficiency in urban and rural logistics distribution seriously restrict China's urban and rural distribution efficiency.What currently restricts the efficiency of urban and rural distribution is the high vehicle idling rate,low distribution efficiency,and high cost of distribution in urban and rural logistics.Therefore,how to use one-way + two-way distribution to achieve reasonable and efficient urban and rural needs.A logistics company needs to solve mutual circulation.This paper studies the problems of A logistics company in the urban and rural one-way + two-way logistics distribution path.With A logistics company as the lead,it realizes the urban-rural one-way + two-way distribution method in Jinan and improves the efficiency of logistics distribution.The main content includes the following parts:(1)Through the analysis of the current circumstance of urban and rural logistics distribution in Jinan City,it's found that there're more logistics nodes for one-way distribution,resulting in increased transportation costs,low resource utilization,empty vehicles or inefficient return trips;for agricultural products in various regions of Jinan City The supply and demand situation and the demand situation of consumer goods like daily necessities are analyzed,taking into account that there is no supply of agricultural products in some areas of Jinan City,and the two-way distribution method alone cannot meet the problem of supply and demand.With A logistics company dominate the urban and rural one-way + two-way logistics distribution mode has carried on the SWOT analysis,illustrates A logistics companies dominate the one-way + two-way logistics distribution between urban and rural areas the necessity,feasibility and development strategy.(2)Described A logistics company of one-way + two-way logistics processes between urban and rural areas,A logistics company the one-way + two-way distribution problem between urban and rural areas described as A logistics company distribution center for multiple nodes in rural and urban joint distribution,considering the distribution cost,customer satisfaction and mileage utilization three goals build the one-way and two-way logistics distribution path optimization model of urban and rural areas,at the same time established A unidirectional and bidirectional path optimization model under two delivery ways.(3)For A logistics company is analyzed,using ant colony algorithm by MATLAB R2019 a programming for solving the three models,and compared the one-way and two-way logistics distribution pathes and two-way and one-way distribution mode of distribution route optimization results,obtained A logistics company in logistics distribution between urban and rural areas,using one-way + two-way logistics distribution plan and optimize the path to reducing distribution costs,improve the efficiency of distribution.
