The vigorous development of imported commodity trade has brought broad development prospects in the field of logistics,transportation and distribution,but it has also raised new challenges.On the macro level,firstly,the overall structure of the international logistics transportation network and the domestic logistics distribution network as well as the low efficiency of each logistics link are the key problems that lead to higher commodity prices and impede residents to expand the consumption of imported commodity.Secondly,it has become a core factor in determining whether countries along the “Belt and Road” continue to develop trade in import commodities.At the micro level,problems such as long logistics and transportation time,high logistics costs,and uneven levels of logistics services are all important factors that restrict the development of imported commodity.Therefore,how to scientifically and rationally optimize the field of imported commodity logistics,and establish an efficient logistics distribution network are the practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on this,from the point of view of system optimization,taking the import logistics process under the "Belt and Road" initiative as the research subject,the network optimization characteristics of logistics distribution mode,network structure,commodity flow integrity,multi-objective evaluation index and solution method are comprehensively considered.First of all,this paper defines the current logistics and transportation system of import commodities from three aspects: the components of imported commodities logistics,the international transportation system of the CR express,and the logistics and distribution system of imported commodities cities.Then it analyzes the problems faced by the system,such as the duplication of the CR express routes,the disordered competition of operation stations,the difficulty of transportation system profitability,the confusion of distribution network structure,and the weak vertical coordination of logistics process.Finally,it puts forward the optimization of China-Europe intermodal logistics network based on the CR express,the collaborative optimization of imported commodities logistics distribution network.These two optimization directions have important significance and decision-making reference value for theoretical innovation research and practical application.The research contents,methods and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Optimization of international commodity logistics transportation network based on the CR express.In this part,we first analyze the existing mode of operation of CR express and the logistics transportation network along the line.In response to the current transportation status,we will solve the problems of repeated lines,disorderly competition,and profitability in the development process.From the perspective of transportation network optimization,the first is to prevent the disordered competition of the source of commodity by optimizing the international transportation network.The second is to reasonably allocate multimodal transport services along the CR express to avoid route duplication.The third is to consider the utilization rate of the train along the CR express to reduce the transport capacity and cost.Finally,the operation mode of the international logistics section of imported commodity is clearly defined.In this part,considering the factors such as total transportation cost,transportation service quality and train utilization rate of the CR express,the optimization model of multimodal transport logistics network based on the CR express is established,which is demonstrated on the basis of empirical data,so as to improve the continuity and overall logistics efficiency of each link in the logistics transportation network.It can provide scientific theoretical solutions for the optimization of the international logistics network of imported commodity.(2)Collaborative optimization of domestic logistics distribution network of imported commodity.In this part,we take the transportation process of the imported commodity from the origin to the domestic port and then to the urban demand point as the research object,take strengthening the vertical coordination of the urban logistics distribution process of the imported commodity as the foothold,and take the tripartite perspective of the government,logistics enterprises and customers as the reference point.The bi-level progarmming model of imported commodity distribution network considering multi-factors is constructed.According to the characteristics of the problem,a genetic-ant colony two-stage hybrid algorithm(GA-ACO)is designed to demonstrate the evidence based on empirical data.In order to enhance the allocation effect of logistics resources and the coordination among logistics hub,supply hub and demand point,under the background of the vigorous development of import trade,it has more theoretical and practical significance for the collaborative optimization of domestic logistics distribution network.
