Government departments, all levels of leadership and science and research staff have attached great importance to the role of logistics park being played in economic and social development and expanded input of the logistics park construction and carried out the related exploration and study in sequence. Juding by the current situation, more energy has been devoted to the logistics park pre-planning and its site selection studies, whereas, less effort has been made on focusing the issues between the the micro-study of the park's specific operations and the flowing processes of mutual coordinations.Under the guidance of the System Simulation Theory, this paper emphasized particularly on the LongYun Logistics Park,s logistics process simulation in terms of discrete event system simulation methods in microscopic aspect so as to strengthen the role of the logistics park multi-functions and take advantage of the synergistic effect. This paper's research scope was defined on the basis of the the LongYun logistics park provided with the functional situation of the logistics operation, that is, the flow of the logistics park of LY and its related processing operations carried out within the Park, and the burning issues are to justify the processes. Based on the research and investigation, and guided with the systematic theory and similarity theory, a logistics operating system model of the LongYun logistics park has been set up instructed by the reasonable layout of the abstract Logistics Park facilities. In the meantime, the system model and the queuing theory have been applied to analyze the LongYun logistics Park operating processes.In virtue of the Flexsim simulation platform and the discrete event systems model theory, the Logistics Park operating system simulation model has been built on the LongYun Logistics Park operating system and the distribution parameters of the experience. The operation of the simulated model made it possible to carry out the study of the prcoessing operations of the park and its related transport system operations, as well as the interface between the couplings. The simulation analysis results of the model outputted in the form of pie chart.This paper made a study of logistics process optimization at the LY logistics park. The choke points of the LongYun Logistics Park operating system were identified through the analysis of the simulation model results. After analyzing the causes of the choke points and adjusting the technical parameters of the key areas and the rerunning of the simulated model, the simulated results were outputed with the help of the statistical analysis tools on the Flexsim platform.The application of the simulation technology to the logistics operations at the park and the establishment of the systematic simulation model, enabled this paper to accurately reflect the entire logistics system operations in reality and monitor all types of data. Consequently, people are able to make a more comprehensive understanding of the logistics system which can also be used as a tool for making decisions, so as to improve the existing logistics system.
