Research On Bank Queuing System Based On ZigBee Wireless

With the development of the times,people's requirements for service quality continue to improve.Banks are an essential part of people's life.Many people find that it takes a long time to wait for business in banks.If the bank can not solve the problem,it will directly affect its market competition.At present,most banks have introduced advanced queuing system,and Kean has realized the intelligent processing of queuing.However,due to the problems existing in the design concept of the existing queuing system,the comprehensive utilization rate of the bank window is low,some windows are idle,and some windows have a long waiting time.Therefore,this paper studies a bank queuing system based on ZigBee wireless communication,which integrates the business pre-processing module to completely solve the problem of too long bank queuing time.In the research process,the paper first analyzes the application of the current bank queuing system and the problems in the application,and puts forward the characteristic of the bank queuing system design.Then,the paper analyzes the function requirements and performance requirements of the Bank Queuing System in detail,and completes the design of its business process and functional use case diagram.On this basis,the paper designs the hardware and software modules of the Bank Queuing System in detail,and gives the circuit connection diagram,data communication flow and software driver,etc.among them,CC2530 is selected as the data processing chip,ZigBee as the wireless communication,1602 as the display screen,and ma232 as the data conversion module.Finally,the operation interface and test case are given.The operation of queuing system is understood intuitively through the operation interface,and the correctness of the queuing system design is verified through the test.The test results show that the Bank Queuing System Based on ZigBee wireless communication can meet the expected needs,and has high performance.It can meet the needs of the bank queuing system,reduce the waiting time required by customers' banking business,and improve the quality and efficiency of banking services.
