The receptivity, the demonstration method, the service pattern, the product bearing capacity, the queuing system compatible and so on each aspect all is having its special request, imitates overseas lines up the product not to be able to satisfy domestically the queuing environment request.This article in view of above situation, take bank customer as key analysis object, using technology and so on queuing theory, database, RS485, designed and implemented one kind of the multi-function queuing system to have the multi-windows multi-business management, the multilingual support, the real-time monitoring, the operation jurisdiction control, the statistical management and so on.Solved the bank customer "the long time line upv", "to stand the wrong line", "joins line" and so on the question. This system has also provided the real-time dynamic information which the staff member and the customer, as well as the statistical data, this is the basis of reasonably arranges the window for the superintendent to serve, science establishment post, staffs accurate quantification inspection.Solved the queuing system with difficulty to satisfy the service type to be many generally, the flow is complex, window multi-purpose, the large-scale selling area lines up the request question. This system has the window multi- services multi-priorities, the operation jurisdiction control, the Chinese and English service, takes the number contact surface, the writing display mode, queuing ticket form to be possible to have custom-made and so on the function.
