The current queuing system has solved boring queuing problems for a long time in general, and thus created relaxed as well as orderly personalized window environment. But these take number machines are fixed in the hall for a long time, the customer must go to the hall for a ticket. When in the peak, they still have to wait in the hall. In the Mobile-Internet times, this kind of fixed queuing model doesn’t satisfy the requirement of people apparently. Though Mobile Banking Service can conduct directly bank business by mobile, it doesn’t include the service outside of bank.Aimed at the above questions, combined with the general requirements of Bank Interactive Service System, this dissertation proposes an intelligent queuing scheme. This scheme includes server and mobile client. The server adopts AJAX, JSP, Servlet, and Jdbc Template to build B/S structure with MVC model, which has implemented the basic functions of the virtual hall, and provided access to Servlet interface for the mobile. The client uses Android development platform, communicates with Servlet of the server through HTTP. Based on the search function of Map Service module, the mobile client can get geographic information of outlets, then calls queuing interface of the outlets after get the corresponding outlets by the uniqueness of latitude and longitude.Because it can’t get real data from bank outlets now, one of the important functions of the server is providing data for the mobile clients. The Server implements the basic functions of virtual hall like Call-Number, Take-Number, moreover, it also provides restriction of Mobile-Take-Number and statistical functions. At the same time, the mobile terminal implements viewing bank outlets’ business state, waiting number in the queue, and restricting queuing to prevent malicious operations from obstructing the normal business. In addition, clients can take number, change number and quit number by mobile phone without queuing restriction.
