With the rapid development of the banking and financial industry and fierce competition, the level of information technology is constantly improving bank branches. How to use a high level of information technology to improve the operational capacity of the integrated network while optimizing service experience has become a hot research study of banking information.The main contribution of this paper is to design and implement an integrated business processing Longjiang bank branch system, construction of the Longjiang Bank Queuing and Branch Management System. First, we research and design a muti-way surported queuing function, based on the traditional queue method, automatically identify screening and queuing optimization was designed, which improves network business efficiency and user experience; secondly, we design and implement the business preprocessing functions for customers with pre-filled, self-service transactions, on the one hand this can pull out part of the business process which belong to the bank service window, and can be done by the customer during the queuing time, which improve the branch’s work efficiency, shorten time to conduct business. On the other hand can let customers finish so certain process without going to the branch service window, such as SMS and other simple process. Finally, we study and implement a comprehensive statistical analysis of business data, each branch can make a comprehensive summary and analysis of business data, analyzing the quality of branch service. information about customer characteristics, this can provide decision support for the management and make great construction to each branch.In this paper, background and technical solutions for bank queuing and branch management system was carried out through detailed study and analysis of the current problems; the muti-way surported queuing function was proposed, such as ID cards and debit cards; the self-handle process platform which can perform pretreatment and part of self-service transaction was proposed; statistical analysis method was given to study the branch data; and detailed the design, implementation and solution of key problems of the queuing and branch management system.
