Investigation And Research On Health Information Service Of Public Library In Anhui Province

The era of "Big Health" guides people to change from disease prevention and care,from overdraft health to management of health.This process requires a large number of professional and accurate health information resources,and the public's demand for health information is increasing.With the continuous development of Internet and search engine technology,most people will choose to search for health information on the Internet due to the convenience of operation and the limited knowledge of information channels.However,it is difficult to guarantee the information source,accuracy and authority on the Internet.The public needs a reliable and reliable access to health information.Public libraries are widely distributed in our country,has rich experience in the information service and professional personnel of information retrieval,by studying the working situation of public library in health information services,to learn health information services in public libraries in our country,the role and function,in order to be able to provide the public with a convenient and reliable health information service platform.In this context,this paper firstly analyzes the literature related to health information service in domestic and foreign public libraries to understand its development trend and research hot spots.Then from a regional perspective,this paper explores the public's demand for health information in Anhui Province,investigates and studies the health information service status of public libraries in Anhui Province,finds out the deficiencies and problems,analyzes and studies the problems,and explores the corresponding solutions.The main content of this paper includes six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly elaborates the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and ideas,as well as the innovation points and characteristics of this paper.The second chapter is the elaboration of related concepts and theories and the policy combing of public library health information service.This paper defines and expounds the concepts and theories of "health information","library health information service" and so on.In addition,the relevant policy regulations were carded.The third chapter is the investigation,research and analysis part,which is mainly divided into two parts: the public health information demand investigation and analysis and the public library health information service investigation and analysis.Firstly,the cognition,use and demand of the public for health information and library health information services were investigated through questionnaires.Then through the network survey and other methods to understand the basic development of health information service in public libraries of Anhui Province,health information service resources,service forms,service contents,the actual situation and development of publicity and cooperation.The fourth chapter analyzes the investigation and research of the third chapter,finds out the deficiency of Anhui public library in health information service,and tries to analyze the causes of the problem.At present,the health information service of public libraries in Anhui Province mainly has the following problems:the overall service level is not high,the construction of health resources is insufficient,the service forms are different from the needs of readers,the service contents need to be further refined according to the service objects,the user stickiness is not high,and the publicity and cooperation are not in place.The fifth chapter according to the fourth chapter pointed out problem and reason analysis,based on the related theory,through a large number of literature study and draw lessons from the experience of other public libraries at home and abroad,and in combination with the practical situation of public library in anhui province,put forward the optimizing countermeasures to solve the problem,in order to fully and accurately meet the needs of the public health information.Including multiple levels improve service value,strengthening the library literature resources,database and network information resources construction,based on user needs abundant service mode,refined,service object,forming the user as the center of the service mode,enhancing the service continuity and user viscosity,enhance public health information access initiative,to strengthen the construction of health information service network platform,increase publicity,strengthening the in-depth cooperation with other institutions,etc.The sixth chapter is summary and prospect.Summarize the obstacles and problems encountered in the investigation and research,and accumulate relevant experience,in order to provide reference for future research.
