Research On Archival Information Communication Of Comprehensive Archives In The Mobile Internet Environment

In the information society,all sectors of society have the need to know and use archival information,and the information communication responsibility of the Archives has become increasingly prominent.In this context,how to use various media and carriers to disseminate archival information has become the key to achieving the social responsibility of the Archives.With the rise and maturity of mobile internet technology,mobile Internet has become a new type of information communication medium commonly used in modern society after PC Internet.The organic integration of mobile Internet media and information communication task of the Archives has provided a new opportunity for the Archives to integrate into the information society and enhance the capacity of information communication.In this paper,taking the Comprehensive Archives as an example,it discusses the mode,effect,constraints and optimization strategies of archival information communication based on mobile internet,so as to provide reference for relevant archival information communication work.The main work and conclusions can be divided into the following parts: Firstly,the main idea and content of the paper are clarified through the introduction part.Secondly,the related concepts such as mobile internet,Comprehensive Archives,archival information communication are explained or defined,and the archives theory and communication theory which this paper relies on is expounded.Thirdly,by referring to the "5W" communication mode,this paper analyzed the main elements contained in the process of information communication of Comprehensive Archives based on mobile internet and the operational relationship among the elements.Fourthly,by investigating the application of mobile service platforms such as mobile portal websites,mobile social platforms and APP clients of Comprehensive Archives at all levels,as well as by designing questionnaires to survey the audience of the mobile platforms to understand the development status of information communication of Comprehensive Archives based on mobile internet.Fifthly,combined with the analysis of operating status,this paper analyzed the constraints of information communication of Comprehensive Archives based on mobile internet from the level of various communication elements.Sixth,in view of the constraints at all levels,this paper proposed strategies for optimizing the information communication of Comprehensive Archives based on mobile internet.
