| Audio-visual archives,which are formed by state institutions,social organizations and individuals in various social activities,are historical records with preservation value.The various forms of audio-visual archives vividly record the development of various activities and enrich the ways of people to perceive things.However,all kinds of security problems frequently occur in the current work,and the authenticity and integrity of audio-visual archives are facing great challenges.How to further strengthen the protection of audio-visual archives has become an important issue to be solved urgently for archives.As the center of the preservation of audio-visual archives,the provincial comprehensive archives are also faced with many risks.Therefore,the protection of audio-visual archives can not only effectively solve the security problems of audio-visual archives,but also play a role of demonstration and guidance for the protection of audio-visual archives of various archives in the province.Years of protective working experience in audio-visual archives has achieved some grades,but there still remains some deficiencies.Therefore,based on the current situation of the protection of audio-visual archives in provincial comprehensive archives,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the protection of audio-visual archives in provincial comprehensive archives,and puts forward countermeasures.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad and research methods.The second chapter mainly defines the concept of audio-visual archives and discusses the characteristics and significance of the protection of audio-visual archives in provincial comprehensive archives.The third chapter mainly analyzes the achievements of the protection of audio-visual archives in provincial comprehensive archives.The fourth chapter is based on the current situation of the protection of audio-visual archives in provincial comprehensive archives,sorting out the problems in the protection of audio-visual archives in the provincial comprehensive archives in the wisdom of the subject of the protection,the standardization of the protection,the suitability of the preservation environment and the protection of science and technology.According to the existing provincial comprehensive problems in the protection of audio-visual archives,the fifth chapter put forward some solutions such as improving the comprehensive quality of the main body of the protection,strengthening the standard management and control of the protection,improving the suitable storage environment for audio-visual archives and enhancing the technical strength of the protection. |
