Investigation And Research On The Museum In Southeast Area Of Gansu

Southeast of Long area is located in the southeast of Gansu Province,which has a long history,profound culture and unique geographical location and plays an important role in traffic arteries and cultural bridges since ancient times.The "First Paleolithic Tool in China" was unearthed in Xingjiagou,Huachi County,and the "Dadiwan" site shows the original features of Chinese civilization.Niu Sengru,the famous prime minister of Tang Dynasty,was born in Lingtai County."Hadapu" was the "gas station" in the Red Army's Long March time. This series of historical relics constitute the unique cultural connotation of this region.In addition,The wide difference between the north and south of this area on environment makes it possess diverse habitats for a variety of rare animals and plants.With the progress of society,cultural undertakings in this region have gradually developed,especially museums,which develop rapidly and become the focus of regional cultural construction relying on the rich and colorful natural and cultural resources.To a certain extent,the museums in this region have developed,but it cannot be ignored at present that the museums in this region are mainly in small and medium size in the city and county level with few collections and a single display developing rapidly.And irrational museum types and collections protection still exist in the development.Issues such as unsatisfactory collection,backward display and exhibition and social services,and a few scientific research results have greatly hindered the progress of museums in this region,which make the rich cultural resources fail to realize the value of it.How to use these resources efficiently to meet the cultural needs of local people and other regions has become an urgent problem in this region.This article will summarize the current situations of museums based on the investigation of Qingyang City Museum,Tianshui City Museum,Ning County Museum and other museums in this region,analyze the status of development on museums in this region,and put forward measures and countermeasures to promote further development of museums in this region.
