Research On The Cultural Transformation Of Rural Archives In The New Era

Facing the new situation of rural development in the new era and the new changes in the digital information age,the rural archive culture needs to be transformed urgently.This paper mainly discusses the cultural transformation of rural archives in the new era from three aspects.First,it summarizes the rural archive culture in the new era from the aspects of concept definition,attribute characteristics and main forms.Rural archive culture is the summation of material culture and spiritual culture of rural archive.Rural archival culture has local attribute,historical record,objective voucher value,time attribute and space attribute.Rural archival culture mainly includes three forms: ideology,behavior mode and materialized results.Secondly,it analyzes the cultural transformation of rural archives in the new era from the aspects of concept,space,development and management.The cultural concepts of rural archives are mainly reflected in the narrow understanding of archives,the deviation of archive concepts and the absence of archive theories.The problems of rural archival cultural space are mainly manifested as the decay of physical space of archival culture,the lag of representation of archival cultural space and the lack of symbolic space of archival culture.The development of rural archive culture mainly shows that the memory function,educational function and economic value of rural archive culture have not been reflected.The problems of cultural management of rural archives are mainly manifested as the unsound organization of archives,the lack of standard of archives work and the lack of management system of archives.Thirdly,in view of the above problems,the paper puts forward and explains the transformation strategies of rural archives culture in the new era.First,the concept of rural archive culture should be promoted,and the view of system,movement and talent should be set up.Second,we should reconstruct the spatial pattern of rural archive culture and innovate the practice of rural archive culture space.Third,we should deepen the development of rural archive culture,give full play to the memory and education function of rural archive culture,and develop the economic value of rural archive culture.Fourth,we should innovate the management of rural archives and culture,perfect the organization of rural archives and culture,formulate the norms of rural archives and culture work,and strengthen the management of rural archives and culture system.The cultural transformation of rural archives in the new era and its research are of great significance to the construction of rural culture in the new era and the strategy of rural revitalization.
