Study On The Problems And Measures Of Huaiyuan County Archives Work In Social Transformation

Social transformation refers to the various elements such as politics, economy, culture, value system, these elements’qualitative change and quantitative may change between different social forms or the same social form. Our country is in the process of social transformation, market economy in china has gradually established and improved, but parts of the old economic and political system which are not commensurate with the market economy are becoming the obstacles. If we don’t take measures as quickly as possible, we may lose the achievement we have gotten. In new situation, many archival departments are taking different measures to carry out the scientific concept of development. They have achieved great success through bold reform.During2004may and2005July, the Archives Bureau of Anhui Province held a reform on the mode of archives management in the county of He Xian, according to this reform, more and more archives are Storied in archives,it’s favorable for archives’ centralized management, besides, the use of archives are becoming more and more convenient. The great success of this reform supports a good example for the archival management of county.With the help of my college, I got a chance to work in the archives of Huaiyuan county in2012.1have worked there for a year, during the time, I learned a lot of valuable experience about county’s archives work, the leaders of the archives took many measures to promote the development of the archives work, but the process was doomed not smooth, In fact, they met a lot of problems, the goal of the paper is to support some proposal to settle these questions. The paper can be divided into five parts:The first part introduces the background, the purpose and significance, the content and thinking of this paper.The second part discusses the great achievements the Huaiyuan county archives has achieved, It’s divided into some parts:hardware facilities have improved greatly; the work of information technology goes smoothly and so on. The third part discusses the problems of the archives of Huaiyuan county from different views, for example, the process of archival management reform is slow and the way of service is very single.The fourth part analysis the reasons of the questions which are raised in the third part from the views of management systems, concepts and funds.The fifth part puts forward some advice to promote the healthy development of the archives of Huaiyuan county.
