IT(Information Technology)has been empowering the economy and society development while technology is progressing.It is a critical issue for these companies to consider how to perform strategy transformation and related implementation by considering their internal or external environment challenges.There are two major components in the strategy transformation including decision making and implementation.The paper is focusing on analyzing the implementation in the strategy transformation process.Every company is expecting the good result while making the transformation decision,however,the most of them are encountering the frustration and failure,whose root cause is that they did not implement properly.So,this paper decides to try to find some possible root causes by leveraging real cases happened in strategy transformation and implementation with corresponding analysis to provide the references or cautions for future strategy transformation implementation related theory or practice.This paper is referring to the strategy and related transformation theory to revisit I international software company three strategy transformation implementations.The first case is from Innovation lab to traditional digital development center and the second case is from focusing on pharmaceutical area to new area then last case is from global to domestic area.In first case,company I encounters two issues that are bad internal communication and staffing issues.This paper analyzes these two issues to provide three solutions including company overall working guidance,formalizing internal communication and staffing planning system.In the second case,company I is facing the gap on the business engagement and staff loss then this paper analyzes from management and capability perspective to provide the solutions to build up the technology and delivery capability.In the third case,company I gets the issues on the cooperation with client and project execution with changing requirement.This paper analyzes the communication and cooperation culture and provides the solution to enrich the cross-culture exchange and culture innovation.Finally,to ensure the solutions are implemented properly,this paper also suggests setting up the strategy business unit and enhance the staff training.
