With the development of the times,talent has become the key to measure the future of a enterprise.In recent years,the national policy promote the building of online service platform."Internet + e-government service" industry is developing rapidly,and has great prospects for development.TJ company is our country cloud applications pilot enterprises and "Internet + e-government service" leading enterprises,contributing to wisdom city of China.As the software delivery staff has gradually become the core competitiveness of the government affairs service enterprises,and software delivery staff is an important part of TJ company,thus reduce the turnover rate has important effects on the development of the TJ company.Based on the analysis of the causes and countermeasures of the loss of TJ company's software delivery staff,this paper makes an in-depth study.First of all,in the literature review part,this paper defines the concept of software delivery staff,and analyzes the relevant theoretical and empirical research on staff turnover at home and abroad.Then the current situation of human resources in TJ company and the loss of software delivery staff in the past three years are analyzed.Then,a questionnaire survey and an in-depth interview were conducted for TJ software delivery staff who had been in and out of the company,the main reasons for the high turnover rate of the software delivery staff are found out.Finally,the strategy to solve the problem of high turnover rate of software delivery staff in TJ company is put forward.In view of the main reasons,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the turnover rate of TJ company's software delivery staff;(1)pay attention to effective recruitment;(2)construct attractive salary and welfare system;(3)strengthening staff career development management;(4)standardize and improve training mechanisms;(5)establish a good corporate culture atmosphere;(6)make family and work balance strategy.A systematic cause analysis and countermeasure research on the loss of software delivery staff in TJ company are carried out in this paper,which can reduce the turnover rate of software delivery staff,improve the level of human resource management of the company,promote the company's business development,and provide useful reference for the staff turnover issues in the "Internet + e-government service" industry.
