The cultural spirit is the foundation of a country,and the red culture is an excellent and advanced culture in the cultural spirit.In the context of today's "National Reading" and "Science of Books China",many public libraries transmit excellent advanced culture to the society by holding red-themed reading promotion,and improve readers' reading and cultural literacy.At present,there are few studies on the performance evaluation of red theme reading promotion activities,so this article hopes to establish a scientific,comprehensive,systematic and operable red theme reading promotion performance evaluation index system,promote the development of public theme red theme reading promotion activities,and help The country enhances its cultural selfconfidence and promotes excellent advanced culture to the society.This article mainly studies the development status and performance evaluation index system of red theme reading promotion in public libraries.First,by sorting out the definition of the red theme reading promotion activity,define the main content of the red theme reading promotion activity in this article.Then,according to the defined content,through online and offline research,explore the content of red theme reading promotion activities in public libraries,summarize and analyze the characteristics of red theme reading promotion activities,and use SWOT analysis to analyze the influencing factors of red theme reading promotion activities in public libraries,Draw the advantages and disadvantages of public libraries in carrying out red theme reading promotion activities.Based on the above research content and analysis results,KPIs,balanced scorecards and strategic maps are used to determine the purpose of public library red theme reading promotion activities and indicator dimensions,and then refer to the relevant performance evaluation system and indicators in the relevant literature to initially build a public library Performance evaluation index system for library red theme reading promotion activities.This paper designs a questionnaire based on the preliminary performance evaluation index system,and distributes it to 15 experts.The experts are mainly composed of public library industry experts and related professional teachers.Borrow the software yaahp to analyze the collected expert questionnaire data to obtain the weights,and finally determine the performance evaluation index system of public library red theme reading promotion activities.In order to improve the performance evaluation system that has been constructed,the author takes a provincial public library and a municipal public library as the objects of empirical analysis.The questionnaires from public libraries in other cities and counties are represented by public libraries in C.Public libraries A,B,and C are issued questionnaires designed with performance evaluation indicators,and the questionnaires are analyzed by the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.The three analysis results are compared and analyzed,and relevant suggestions are made to the public libraries.The research results of this paper provide certain reference value for the organization of red theme reading promotion activities and performance evaluation system of public libraries in the future,so that public libraries can provide the people with more satisfactory,efficient and convenient red theme reading promotion activities.Promote the healthy development of society.
