In recent years,the theory of performance appraisal has made great progress.Among various enterprises and institutions,performance appraisal has become an important part of personnel management.Compared with other units,the development of higher vocational colleges is not long,the teacher performance appraisal research institutions did not attract attention,teachers' performance appraisal methods they are using,basically are borrowed from other units,not fully demonstrated the characteristics of vocational teachers,the specific work reflect the lack of objectivity and authenticity.Therefore,it is necessary and necessary to make full use of modern information technology to create a performance appraisal system for Higher Vocational teachers.In this paper,the teacher performance appraisal plan of school as the research object,the specific situation and the full integration of the Higher Vocational College of our country,in-depth and comprehensive research on the performance appraisal of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and the use of acoustic analysis,scientific and efficient performance appraisal program created specifically applied to the management of higher vocational colleges.The system platform based on B/S is successfully designed,and the technology,C# language and SQL database management system are integrated.The system platform includes data management,evaluation,scoring and score aggregation module.The performance appraisal management system designed in this paper is based on the school as the research object,and its performance evaluation needs can be fully satisfied.The scalability of this system is very high,it can be adjusted quickly according to the content of different indexes,so as to ensure that the various needs of each school can be effectively met.The introduction and use of the system in schools can effectively improve the personnel management level,in addition,it also plays a positive role in the assessment of teachers' titles and compensation management.
