The optimization of warehouse efficiency is one of the important issues that enterprises pay attention to,and the warehouse layout is the prerequisite for the efficient operation of warehouses.Based on two classic non-traditional warehouse structures,the paper considers both the turnover rate of goods and the space sharing effect when optimizing the storage layout and establishes the warehouse layout optimization model.Then the adaptive genetic algorithm and improved simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm are designed to solve the problem respectively,the simulation experiment and algorithm verification analysis are carried out with the case of a warehouse in a turnover center of a third-party logistics distribution company.Firstly,according to the analysis of research status at home and abroad,the paper elaborates on the traditional warehouse layout optimization problem,the non-traditional storage layout optimization problem,the storage space allocation storage strategy,and the storage space sharing effect.Then it proposes that the Fishbone and Flying-V type two kind of non-traditional structure are the objects,and the research of layout optimization designs take into account the effect of cargo space sharing and multiple storage strategies.Secondly,based on the Fishbone storage structure,an optimization model of Fishbone storage layout design is established by considering the sharing effect of goods space and aiming at the shortest average picking distance of goods.A sequential optimization strategy and a dynamic programming algorithm are proposed to determine the optimal storage classification and category boundary of goods.An adaptive genetic algorithm is designed to search the storage layout parameters under the optimal storage classification.Thirdly,under the premise of considering the sharing effect of goods space,this paper discusses the influence of storage strategy on the layout design of Flying-V warehouse.Then it presents a layout method to generate Flying-V discrete warehouses under the condition of satisfying the required quantity of goods space and establishes an optimization model to minimize the average picking movement distance of the warehouse.The successive optimization strategy is used to determine the exact distance matrix.In order to obtain the optimal storage classification and the corresponding class boundary,a dynamic programming algorithm is adopted.The improved simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to determine the design parameters of each picking channel and main channel in the optimal layout structure of Flying-V warehouse.Finally,the validity of the proposed optimization model and algorithm are verified based on the case data of the warehousing center of a third-party logistics distribution enterprise,which provides an idea for further research on the warehousing layout optimization problem considering the space sharing effect.
