As an important part of the modern logistics industry,warehousing has a great impact on the high quality development of the logistics industry with its overall operating efficiency and service level.With the continuous development of new technology and the gradual increase of the demand for storage,automatic three-dimensional warehouse can realize the rationalization and automation of goods access by using three-dimensional warehouse machinery and equipment,and provide comprehensive storage service solutions,and gradually become popular.The optimization of cargo space allocation is one of the most basic storage operations in automated three-dimensional warehouse.It is a process of dynamically adjusting and reconfiguring the inventory setting and the placement of goods according to the material characteristics,demand materials and changing factors.Scientific and reasonable optimization of goods location can provide higher picking efficiency for the warehouse in operation,reduce the loss of goods in the process of loading,unloading,handling and picking,and effectively reduce the operation cost in storage.In this paper,R company's automated three-dimensional warehouse as the research object,the actual operation of the warehouse and historical data were studied,according to the current warehouse storage process to put forward the goods location optimization scheme.Firstly,the paper analyzes the characteristics and characteristics of R Company's products,the layout mode,storage scale and operation status of the warehouse,finds out the problems existing in the distribution of goods space in R Company and analyzes the reasons.Secondly,based on the Fishbone warehouse layout,three optimization objectives were proposed,namely,warehouse efficiency,shelf stability and goods category.A multiobjective optimization model of goods location was established through reasonable assumptions.Finally,the two-population genetic algorithm is used to solve the cargo location optimization model,and Matlab is used for simulation,and a reasonable cargo location allocation scheme is obtained.Through the comparison of the results before and after the optimization of goods location,the validity of the established model and the two-population genetic algorithm is verified,which not only improves the efficiency of the warehouse entry and exit of R company's automated three-dimensional warehouse and the stability of the overall shelf.It also demonstrates the advantages of the Fishbone layout,which reduces picking and shipping time.In theory,it provides some ideas for improving the overall operation efficiency of the automated warehouse,and in practice,it also enables enterprises to make a reasonable choice in the allocation of goods space.
