With continuous development of Internet of Things technology, top shelf storage technology, the advanced handling equipment, computer integrated manufacturing system is widely applied to the industrial enterprises. In the production process of industrial enterprises, the productive automated warehouse coordinates the imbalance between supply and demand, such as processes and process, established workshop and workshop, finished and semi-finished products. The emergence of the productive automated warehouse, not only ensure the orderly scheduling of production materials and the flexible production patterns, but also reduce the cost of production, and to further enhance the level of production and logistics.To run a productive automated warehouse of tobacco industrial enterprises as the background, firstly, to establish the three-tier evolution of productive automated warehouse, then analysis the running evaluation system using combined DEA and AHP and build the running evaluation model for the productive automated warehouse.In productive automated warehouse, cargo space as the intermediate links in material flow, in order to ensure the orderly handling between the production line and cargo space, cargo space storage strategy optimization plays a crucial role in the efficiency of the whole production. This chapter based on the principles of the general storage of cargo space, according to the storage characteristics of the productive automated warehouse, establish the storage optimization model of the cargo space, take storage efficiency as the constraint, apply Pareto genetic algorithm for optimal cargo space storage strategy, and analysis the effect of status of cargo space in the cargo space storage strategy in the practice process of productive automated warehouse.In order to improve the operating efficiency of the handling equipment in the productive automated warehouse system, take the important handling equipment stacker for example, establish the stacker scheduling task model, and abstract to TSP problem, using genetic-annealing mixed algorithm for optimal scheduling programs, and provide direction for handling equipment scheduling policy research.Finally, against the mixed mode of production scheduling problem in productive automated warehouse scheduling system, using limited period of dynamic time-varying rolling optimization strategy, simulated the results, confirmed this optimization strategy can better adapt to the hybrid production model of the productive automated warehouse, provide a certain reference value for the optimization running of the productive automated warehouse.
