With the development of modern science and technology and the coming of the era ofbig data, the traditional storage model has been unable to meet the need of the socialproduction and distribution of goods, advantages and functions of automation stereoscopicwarehouse has become increasingly prominent. To improve the management and control ofwarehouse, the relationship between the modern warehousing enterprises economic benefits,involving many aspects, including design of warehouse layout, location assignmentoptimization, the order picking path optimization, storage scheduling optimization problemshas gradually become the focus of attention in this industry and research. On the basis ofexisting research, this paper takes a warehouse layout based on Fishbone as the researchobject, using a large data storage location assignment optimization technology andwarehousing scheduling problem is studied on the goods warehousing operation, to improvethe work efficiency of warehouse storage.This paper first summarizes the characteristics of the automated warehouse, goodsstorage strategy, location distribution principle and storage scheduling optimization principleand relevant theoretical knowledge, summarizes and expounds several intelligentoptimization algorithms are used in optimization research. Secondly, in view of the modernwarehousing enterprises location assignment optimization of automated warehouse,maximize the effectiveness of purpose, based on the Fishbone layout, on the basis of goodsunder the light weight and the warehousing of goods such as the principle of efficiencypriority goods storage, goods out of storage in the shortest time required for the optimizationgoal, set up storage space allocation mathematics model optimization design problem forautomated warehouse; composite Fishbone layout optimization scheduling based on thestorage of goods, warehousing and storage characteristics of job scheduling optimizationbased on the principle of multi line fixed shelf, the study on the driving path optimization andoperation time of automatic car in operation time, automatic car as minimization objective toconstruct the warehousing of goods, the mathematical model of scheduling optimizationproblems. Finally, the optimization model is solved by improved genetic algorithm, andcarries out the simulation using MATLAB, to verify the effectiveness of the optimization model is built.Based on the analysis of large data, to Fishbone layout as the background, the storagelocation assignment optimization problem and storage optimization problem of taskscheduling of three-dimensional warehouse, established the corresponding optimizationmodel, and validates the feasibility of the model, which can provide support for enterprisedecision-making. In addition, this paper considers also can use other shelf layout, the use ofother intelligent optimization algorithms for the two problems for further study and research.
