With the rapid development of the Internet industry,the selection efficiency of warehousing and logistics has become a key factor affecting the benefits of enterprises.Order picking is considered to be one of the most time-consuming and costly aspects of warehousing operations,accounting for approximately 60%of total operations and 55%of warehouse operating costs.Intelligent and scientific management in the modern warehousing and logistics industry is the only way for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Transformation and upgrading are conducive to improving the production and operation efficiency of enterprises,reducing operating costs,improving the income of enterprises,and promoting the sound development of enterprises.Through the description and analysis of the production and operation process of the warehousing logistics industry,the optimal distance of the order selection path is taken as an important criterion to measure the operational efficiency of warehousing logistics.The realization and parametric design of several nontraditional warehouse layouts are carried out,and the distance matrix of picking path is established respectively.In view of the disadvantage of no-load return of trolley in the existing picking mode,a strategy mode of collaborative access under the constraint of limited load capacity is proposed,and the mathematical model of optimal picking path under the corresponding strategy mode is established respectively.Ant Colony Optimization was introduced into the Tabu Search algorithm,and an improved Tabu Search algorithm based on Ant Colony Optimization was proposed.The hybrid algorithm made up for the shortcomings of Tabu Search algorithm,which had higher requirements for initial values and poor stability.The operation process and steps of the algorithm are described in detail,and the improved Tabu Search algorithm and access cooperative strategy mode are used for simulation experiments to verify the optimization performance of the warehouse layout selection path optimization problem,Three classical algorithms were compared with the improved Tabu Search algorithm,and three different warehouse layout picking paths were simulated and optimized respectively.The results showed that the improved tabu search algorithm had stronger solving ability,better convergence performance and better stability than other algorithms.To access the collaborative strategy mode,experimental study on the maximum load capacity of freight cars of different picking route optimization problem,through the conclusion can be drawn from,its chosen path to warehouse layout has a more significant optimization effect,its biggest optimization rate is as high as 33.46%,the worst optimization effect also can achieve 7.03%,and with the ability of the load optimization effect gradually increases.Finally,the whole selection simulation process is visualized and systematically developed by modern means,and a complete selection path simulation platform is established to facilitate the operation and management of users.
