With the rapid development of computer、internet、and data mining technology, the big data era has come quietly.In the stage of digital libraries that has transited from traditional libraries to virtual libraries,university libraries still play the roles of transmitting the global printed and electronic resources and supporting the teaching and scientific research of university teachers and students.The paper has carried on research systematically and thoroughly from the following several aspects:Combining with the domestic and foreign research status quo of electronic resources performance evaluation,it has summed up the university libraries electronic resources performance evaluation indexes system table (initial),including five first-level indexes, 30 secondary indexes (13 qualitative indexes and 17 quantitative indexes;23 positive indexes and seven inverse indexes).Combining with the domestic and foreign research methods of electronic resources performance evaluation,it has selected the entropy weight method,which is qualitative and quantitative.It has concluded electronic resources performance evaluation entropy through series of mathematical calculations.So,its accuracy is very high,at the same time,also make it very difficult.Belonging to empirical research,it has taken Shenyang Ligong University’s three foreign periodicals databases SD、EBSCO、Spr. as samples,and the 2014’s usage statistics as data.It has calculated the entropy weight through the entropy weight method.Unfortunately,only 16 indexes are greater than 0.03.It has calculated anew,basing on the combination of subjective and objective and cutting 30 indexes into 26 indexes.Fortunately,the 26 indexes are all greater than 0.03.Therefore,the university libraries electronic resources performance evaluation indexes system table (change) of 26 indexes is the final table.We can conclude that the university libraries electronic resources performance evaluation indexes system table (change) is the relatively scientific and comprehensive indexes system.The entropy weight method can only calculate entropy,but is powerless for the electronic resources performance evaluation.It has obtained the electronic resources performance evaluation scores、rankings and influence factors analysis through the TOPSIS model to guide Shenyang Ligong university library to purchase electronic resources.Finally,it has prospected the electronic resources performance evaluation in the next work.Methods of the weight values in addition to the entropy weight method,they also have analytic hierarchy process (AHP、the network analysis and so on.Combining with different ways and according to the same raw data,we can conclude the different weight values.Although the calculation result is more accurate by using TOPSIS model,but more complicated.We hope it can have a simpler and practical method to evaluate the electronic resources in the future.
