| F Group has been established for 47 years,mainly engaged in computer,consumer electronics and components industries of high-tech enterprises.At present,it plans to enter the new energy vehicle industry.Now it has the world’s top customer base and is one of the most employees in the world.The sub group is all over the country,and has realized global supply,logistics and delivery.In2003,F Company built the Desktop of personal computer(PC)research and development center(R&D),after 17 years of rapid development,from the initial OEM to ODM business model.With the rapid development,the market is increasingly saturated,enterprises with homogeneous competition are increasing,and enterprises’ labor costs are increasing.In recent years,the trade friction between China and the United States and the increase of export tariffs and other factors have led to the high operation costs and the sharp reduction of corporate profit margins.With the increasing demand of people’s life,the requirements for consumer electronic products are high performance,fast iteration speed and low price,but Desktop PC market is impacted by mobile phones,tablets,laptops and other products,and the market share is getting smaller and smaller.Customers are more and more reluctant to spend a lot of costs in R&D projects.In this way,ODM is required to ensure the quality of the premise with lower costs.Compatibility verification is an important link of quality assurance and an essential part of product R&D process.The number of people engaged in compatibility verification accounts for the highest proportion of the whole R&D personnel.Take a project as an example,it accounts for about 60% to 70%.How to improve work efficiency and reduce costs is imperative.Based on the large paper of current existing research literature and theory of scholars and draw lessons from domestic and foreign enterprises knowledge workers work efficiency improvement,process optimization,job division,staff skills training related scientific methods and implement the field investigation method in department around how to enhance work efficiency in order to find out the problem of compatibility verification.With case analysis method、Brain Storming and Fishbone analysis method、Pareto‘s principle who study the root cause and this paper uses the method of combining theoretical and practical to cook a set of new verification process and personnel division mode.The research results not only solve the problem of low efficiency faced by departments,but also can be extended to similar enterprises or other consumer product areas,which can effectively help to quickly establish a compatibility verification team and improve its work efficiency.The functional characteristics of consumer electronic products are to meet the needs of customers in different scenarios and experience.There must be a variety of quality problems in the new functions developed in the R & D and design stage.Compatibility verification is an indispensable link,which takes the user experience as the perspective,industry standards as the main axis,and product specifications as the guidance to test and design the product quality for quality assurance.The results of this paper can be used for reference for similar enterprises or products as follows:(1)Standard matrix organization chart,complete R & D process and audit mechanism,standard test plan creation process and defect analysis process,standard personnel division scheme and job description and complete training plan can be used as the operation manual for the rapid establishment of compatibility laboratory;(2)A large number of experimental data,such as the collection of current problems,the analysis of the main causes,a series of optimization solutions and the application of important emergency filters,the four quadrant principle of time management and other tools,can provide reference for improving the compatibility and work efficiency. |
