Vietnam is a country located in Southeast Asia,with a territory area of only about 330000 square kilometers and a total population of nearly 100 million.Its economy is developing.Small scale of enterprises and weak capital have always been the main factor that restrict Vietnam's economic development.With the development of information technology and the application of Internet technology,Vietnam's e-commerce has developed rapidly,which has changed its business model and become an important bridge between enterprises and the big market.But in the actual development process,Vietnam e-commerce has many problems.Therefore,it is very important to study the influencing factors of Vietnam's e-commerce development for improving the healthy and sustainable development of Vietnam's economy.The object of this research is the main influencing factors of the development of e-commerce in Vietnam.First,it studies the relevant theories of e-commerce development at home and abroad,then analyzes the current situation of e-commerce development in Vietnam,and finds out the problems that exist in the development process.Secondly,it evaluates the factors affecting the development of e-commerce in Vietnam.In the three dimensions of technology-organization-environmental factors of the TOE model,5 secondary indicators and 21 tertiary indicators are selected,and then a hierarchical analysis model is established.Then this paper uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to judge the importance of each index,obtains the overall ranking of levels,and finally conducts consistency test.Then,based on the research results and the actual situation of e-commerce in Vietnam,it analyzes and proposes some ways to improve.The research results have certain reference value for the development of e-commerce in Vietnam.
