Since the 1990 s,with the further deepening of China's economic system reform and the upgrading of industrial structure,the business environment of my country's enterprises has undergone earth-shaking changes.The competition in the external market environment is becoming more and more fierce,which requires enterprises to have sensitive market response ability,rapid decision-making ability and strong executive ability.Therefore,the construction of enterprise management information is imperative.However,on the one hand,with the increasing environmental instability,complexity and uncertainty,as the management software companies serving enterprise customers in response to the changes in customer needs,the period of validity of its strategy has been continuously shortened,so the enterprise needs for management information presents diversified,personalized and changeable characteristics;On the other hand,under the impetus of technology changing with each passing day,the peer competition of management software enterprises in the high-tech industry is becoming more and more fierce.How to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises in the hands of many competitors,strategic innovation has become its inevitable choice.However,through a review of the existing literature,the research on the continuous growth process of Chinese management software enterprises from the perspective of strategic innovation is still in the initial stage,and most studies only explain the phased development strategy based on a certain development stage.To this end,this research,by reviewing the historical literature,adopts the literature research method,firstly clarifies the connotation of strategic innovation;Secondly,to construct the strategic innovation analysis framework of this study by integrating the theories of strategic innovation characteristics,driving forces,approaches,value proposition and elements of strategic innovation.Then combined with the case analysis method,taking Kingdee Software Company as the research object,reorganizing and dividing its development history,By analyzing and summarizing its strategic innovation process and overall evolution path at each stage,the mechanism of strategic innovation practice process is analyzed.At last,the conclusion of this paper is drawn as follows: 1.The strategic innovation process is a systematic process of strategic innovation dynamics,strategic innovation approaches,new value propositions,and strategic innovation elements that are coordinated with each other,and inseparable and integrated evolution;2.The realization of strategic innovation must rely on the dual driving force of demand-driven and technology-driven to finally change the strategic elements and form a new value creation model;3.Different stages of strategic innovation have different emphases and present a certain progressive relationship and continuity.At the same time,through the practice study of the strategic innovation case,the following enlightenment is obtained: 1.The enterprise should change its strategic concept,and transform the competitive strategic concept into a value creation strategy;2.The company should enhance the dynamic ability of strategic innovation to cope with the new competitive environment;3.The company should always insist on technology and product innovation as the core of the company Competitiveness;4.Enterprises should clarify new value propositions based on their own positioning and promote the evolution of core strategic innovation elements;5.Enterprises should actively follow the trend of strategic innovation in building value networks around customer needs.
