With the acceleration of global integration in recent years,the cross-border e-commerce industry,which focuses on import and export trade,has developed rapidly.Benefiting from the country's “One Belt,One Road” and “transition from Chinese manufacturing to Chinese smart manufacturing” policies,cross-border e-commerce companies have ushered in the best chances for their development.At present,China's cross-border e-commerce companies mainly export clothing,food and electronic products to developed countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom,Germany and other European and American developed countries,as well as emerging countries such as Turkey,India,and Russia through large cross-border platforms such as Amazon and e Bay.Others such as Latin America and Africa,Southeast Asia and other markets are also rising in transaction volume.However,as a large number of enterprises flood into the cross-border e-commerce market and competition intensifies,reforming the management model and improving corporate performance is imminent.This article selects Company A,which is growing rapidly in my country's cross-border e-commerce market,as the research object,and uses a balanced scorecard to build a performance evaluation system for it,so as to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its company's performance.After combing the literature and theoretical knowledge related to corporate performance,this article selects a balanced scorecard to evaluate corporate performance,and conducts a SWOT analysis based on the cross-border e-commerce industry surrounding and the strategic characteristics of Company A to draw a strategic map and determine future development strategies of Company A.This article selects the corresponding key indicators from the four finance,of dimensions growth,and learning processes,internal,customers and builds the Company A balanced scorecard performance evaluation system.Afterwards,MATLAB software is used to calculate the corresponding weights of the key indicators,and the overall Company A is score.evaluation e performanc obtained Finally,the overall evaluation score is withcompared the industry evaluation standard value in the "Enterprise Performance Evaluation Standard Value" to obtain a specific grade result.According to the four-dimensional indicator completion rate,it analyzes the areas that Company A needs to improve,and puts forward targeted reductions in costs,emphasis on inventory and credit management,broaden sales channels,improve customer satisfaction,build brand concepts,increase innovation investment,strengthening employee training and improving incentive mechanisms to improve performance.Through in-depth research,the balanced scorecard can establish a more scientific and effective performance evaluation model for company A,and incorporate innovation drivers into strategic goals,thereby contributing to the healthy and orderly development of company A,as well as the company's health.The orderly development also provides a reference direction for cross-border e-commerce performance evaluation.There are 19 pictures,37 tables and 80 references of the paper.
